Recent Omni Austin Southpark Review: "I travel quite a bit and have come to accept mediocre service. One friendly desk clerk during a stay is an A+ in this age of poor customer service. Omni South Park is a shining star in this, and every, area. Not only does the property have every conceivable convenience you could need (from ATM to valet parking to well stocked "gift" shoppe, etc) but  its all wrapped in a level of customer service that is unmatched in modern day hotels. Without going into details (because there were many and they didn't miss one!) suffice to say that every single time I needed something (burned out light bulb, directions, change for a $20, late night snack) the answer was not only yes, but every single person I came in contact with acted as if they were actually happy to assist me! They turned a long 6 day business trip into a pleasurable experience...how is that even possibler Phenomenal PHENOMENAL hotel. I highly recommend!"
